This event is open to all virtual and in-person Pine Hills students and families. Prizes will be given to the winner from each breakout room. How will it work? Simply click on the meeting link between 6:25 and 6:30 p.m. (please no earlier) and you are in the game. No RSVP needed. All players should sign on with his or her first name and grade. At 6:30 players will be moved to break out rooms where a Kahoot! PIN will be provided. Never used Kahoot! before? That’s ok, because Kahoot! is a game-based learning platform that makes it easy to answer trivia questions and track a winner. How many and what type of questions will be asked? We are going to ask as many questions as we can during the hour and the topics will range from information about animals, fictional characters, science and geography, sports, etc. Won’t this get confusing? We hope not! The Kahoot! platform should make asking, answering, and scoring easy and fun. Microphones will be silenced during the game. What about the prizes? The winner of each breakout room will receive a prize from the PTA school store inventory. This could be a squishy, a fidget spinner, or more. In-person students will receive prizes at school and virtual students will have their prizes delivered
