JOB FAIR SATURDAY!
What you believe about yourself is what you’ll become. That’s the message singer/songwriter/activist Ayanna Gregory imparted on Sheridan Preparatory Academy on Oct. 4 before students headed off to class.
The daughter of Freedom Fighter Dick Gregory, whose visit was made possible thanks to the Albany Fund for Education and the PTA, also held workshops and visited classrooms throughout the day before holding a free concert for families, and the community, at the school.
