Transportation application
Below is the electronic transportation application for City School District of Albany students. Before completing the application, please be sure you have reviewed the transportation eligibility requirements on our main transportation page.
Please also note that special education students will receive transportation when their residence is less than 1.5 miles from their school, and if their Individual Education Plan (IEP) requires specialized transportation regardless of the distance from home to school.
