COVID-19 athletics guidance

The flowchart below is specifically for student-athletes.
For our general COVID-19 protocols for all students and employees, please visit our general COVID-19 guidance chart.
All student-athletes who tested positive for COVID-19 must have the form above completed by a medical professional.
Do you also need an EKG?
For students who had a more severe infection, or were not treated by their physician during their COVID-19 illness, proof of a normal EKG is required to be able to participate in sports.
For students who were treated by their physician and experienced mild infections (fever of less than three days, and no symptoms referable to their cardiovascular system such as chest pain or rapid heart beat), proof of an EKG is not required, just the "Return to Play" form linked above.
