In early January, the City School District of Albany began COVID-19 testing students who are enrolled in in-person instruction.
Since then, the district has been testing 10% of all in-person students and employees on a random basis. Testing is done using a non-invasive nasal swab at all schools and administrative buildings.
If your student recently returned to one of our buildings for in-person or hybrid instruction in the fourth quarter, please visit the district's COVID-19 information page to learn more about the process. You'll also find a consent form for parents and guardians who wish to enroll their student in the voluntary testing program.
