Decision Day at Albany High

Seniors standing on the turf field wearing college attire

Albany High School seniors joined their peers across the country celebrating their choices for the next step in their educational journeys.

May 1 was National Decision Day, which encourages high school seniors to finalize their college decisions.

Students assembled Monday (the first school day after May 1) on the turf field decked out in their college apparel, excited to take this important next step in their lives.

Also, please keep in mind that we are still seeking photo submissions from students and families showcasing seniors’ post-graduation plans. Whether it’s college, the military, volunteering or straight into the workforce, feel free to submit your photos using this form.

Student and family submissions will be shared later in the month in a separate album as part of a feature on the diversity of post-graduate plans.
