A day in the life: Wendy Corcione’s second grade

Visit our district Facebook page to take a look at a typical day of in-person learning in Wendy Corcione’s second grade here at Delaware Community School. 

During Corcione’s morning English Language Arts (ELA) lesson Friday, students practiced writing summaries based on close readings of a text. Students then added in some science, comparing and contrasting different types of scientists through some turn-and-talks with their socially distant neighbors!
