100 days smarter!

One hundred percent awesome!

The 100th day of school falls during this week, and first graders in Alexandra Clary’s Dual Language Program spent Tuesday showing off their smarts about the number 100.

They counted 100 building blocks and made a structure, counted 100 shapes and used them to make a picture of the number 100, counted 100 stickers and pasted them on a sheet of paper and counted 100 cereal pieces to make a 100-day necklace.

Take a look at some Facebook photos of the fun. (You don't need a Facebook account to see the photos linked in the highlighted text. A window may appear that says, "To see more from Albany City Schools on Facebook, log on or create an account,” but you can dismiss it by clicking “not now.”)
