Prekindergarteners in Ana Banda-Wemple’s Dual Language Program class got lots of puppy love Thursday when volunteer Happy Scherer and pooches Bruno Mars, Snickers and Chewbacca stopped by to visit and read a book.
The therapy dogs (and Scherer) are affiliated with the Schenectady Chapter of Therapy Dogs International.
