In our ongoing commitment to enhance safety for everyone in our school community, all guests attending the Grade 8 Moving Up Ceremony on Friday, June 26 will be required to check in through our online security screening system called Raptor and provide acceptable ID to be scanned.
This process should move quickly; however, we recommend that visitors arrive a few minutes early and have valid ID ready. Doors will open at 8:10 a.m.
We now have a new system that allows you to sign up to attend events in advance and pass through security lines more quickly. EventSafe allows registrants to use the Raptor Safe app to create profiles, verify their identity, and store tickets. Once at school, guests can use the app QR code for quick check-in while being screened for safety. Parents and guests are encouraged to register for EventSafe: Hackett Moving Up Ceremony Link 2026. The link will take you to the event registration page. Fill out the form and click finish. After submitting, you will receive a text message and an email to join our RaptorSafe mobile app. Follow the steps to verify your identity and accept the invitation to the Open House event. You will then be able to access your event ticket in the My Events section of the app. When you arrive for the Moving Up Ceremony, open your ticket QR code and a member of the Hackett security team will scan your code.
