Gingerbread house fun!

A third-grader adds candy to his graham cracker gingerbread house.

Montessori Magnet School students put their engineering skills to the test on Dec. 18 by loading their gingerbread houses with as much candy as possible!

Okay, that may not have been the *actual* assignment (but self-guided learning is integral to the Montessori method)!

Cindy Houser’s third-graders used graham crackers, homemade icing and candy (lots of it!) to construct their architectural feats.
