We are excited to celebrate our students as they complete their journey at Stephen and Harriet Myers Middle School and prepare for the next chapter! Please see below for important details regarding the upcoming Moving Up Ceremony at 9 a.m. on June 26.
Arrival Information
- Grade 8 students should arrive at 8:10 a.m. to begin lining up for the event.
- Parents and guests may begin entering the building starting at 8:10 a.m. and are encouraged to come at this time as all will be required to go through the Raptor Security System, metal detectors and bag checks. Feel free to leave unnecessary items in your car.
- You can pre-register to save time by completing this pre-registration Raptor Checkpoint
- You will be directed to parking upon arrival to help manage traffic and ensure a smooth arrival process
Tickets
Each family will receive three (3) tickets per student for the ceremony. Please be sure to bring your tickets with you on the day of the event, as they will be required for entry.
Important Note on Decorations
To maintain clear visibility and safety during the ceremony, all balloons or large decorations must be left in the cafeteria upon arrival. These items can be retrieved when the ceremony concludes.
