• The NAMS team would like to “SHOUT OUT” all our staff, PTA board members and families who assisted with Monday's Teen Night! We hope parents/guardians had a fun and relaxing time during the Paint & Chip event and learned some new Google platform tricks!
   
• Picture Day re-takes are Monday (Nov. 17) from 8-10 a.m. Students must sign up in advance in the Guidance Office.
   
• REMINDER: We dismiss at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday to accommodate staff PD. Details can be found here.
   
• Registration for modified (grades 7-8) winter sports closes next Friday, Nov. 21. Sign up your student athlete today! Physicals for winter and spring modified sports will be offered Nov. 20 in the NAMS nurses' office from 1-3 p.m.
   
• Our North Albany Middle School spirit wear store is now live! Place an order online through Nov. 23 and show your NAMS pride!
   
• All NAMS students will receive a gift at our Dec. 18 Toys for Tots Holiday Event. Siblings are eligible for a toy, as well, but please register siblings via this link.
   
• The deadline to complete paperwork for Albany High School's Academy lottery is Nov. 25. The lottery is scheduled for Dec. 11.
   
• Update from the PTA:
  • Our next PTA meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 19. Please submit agenda items and questions using this form.
  • Parent/guardian volunteers as well as food/drink and monetary donations are needed for the Q1 Honor Roll after party on Dec. 5. Please join us in making this a special morning for our students.
  • You can now help the NAMS PTA when shopping at Colonie Center. For every dollar spent at Colonie Center, NAMS will receive a dollar! We need at least $4,000 in receipts submitted before Dec. 31 to benefit from this program, so please share your receipts with us!
  • The PTA's goal is to bring in income with items our families already buy. Box Tops and Clynk are easy ways you can help. Support the organization that supports our students and staff!
