We are currently working with our vendor to resolve an issue impacting some users of the Android version of SchoolTool mobile app.
Android users attempting to authenticate/login to the app for the first time, or after an update, are receiving an “invalid URL” message. The URL provided is correct, and the source of this error resides somewhere else.
Note that the app is functioning as expected on the iOS platform.
Until this is resolved, please know that you may access the parent/student portal using desktop/browser-based access on any internet-connected device. We very much apologize for the inconvenience.
